Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
Notice is given that McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 25th August 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald's Restaurants, Riversdale, Coutances Way, Burley in Wharfedale, Ilkley, LS29 7HQ for the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 00:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises.
Representations should be made in writing by 22nd September 2023 to :- The Licensing Team, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-16:30 Friday. Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
