Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Bablok Limited has applied to the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham on 06/09/2023 for the grant of a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises to be known as 35 Nine, 359 Fulham Palace Road, London SW6 6TB. The proposed licensable activities are The Retail Sale of Alcohol: Mon. – Sun. 11.30 to 22.00.
The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website www.lbhf.gov.uk or inspected at their offices at Town Hall, King Street, London W6 9JU by appointment. Any Person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority or by email to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds for the objection. Representations must be received no later than 04/10/2023.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The Maximum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard Scale) is Unlimited.
