I/We Flour Flow Ltd do hereby serve notice on 29/08/2023 that it is my/ our intention to apply to Eastbourne Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as: Flour Flow Ltd, 16 Brassey Parade, Brassey Avenue, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN22 9NG for the following licensable activities or proposed variation: Sale By Retail of Alcohol: Monday – Sunday 10:00 -23:00. Hours premises are open to the public: Monday - Sunday 08:00 – 23:00.
*In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement. Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to licensing@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk or Licensing Team Eastbourne Town Hall Grove Road Eastbourne BN21 4UG no later than midnight on 28/09/2023. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
