What is proposed?

Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003

Take notice that Cocktails and Creamz Ltd has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as 25-29 Hammerton Street, Burnley, BB11 1NA. The proposed application is as follows:- Serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages with live and pre-recorded music, on Monday to Sunday with hours as follows; Monday- Wednesday, 10:00 -00:00, Thursday-Sunday 10:00-03:30.
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the licensing authority is kept can be found: Licence applications in consultation – Burnley.gov.uk . An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to The Principal Licensing Office, Burnley Borough Council Licencing Unit, 1st Floor Parker Lane, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 2DT, or by email to licensing@burnley.gov.uk by 02/10/2023. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this is an unlimited fine.
