NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES: St James STACK, St James Metro Car Park, Strawberry Place, Newcastle NE1 4SG. Notice is given that Stack Containers Limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 5th September 2023 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:- Plays, films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar from 09:00 to 00:00 hrs daily. Late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 hrs daily. Supply of alcohol from 10:00 to 00:00 daily. Seasonal variations apply as set out in the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH. Representations must be received by 3rd October 2023.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https:// portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
