Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that RS Food and Wine Ltd
has applied to The Licensing Authority at Milton
Keynes Council for a Premises Licence at RS Food
and Wine, Unit 3 Stanier House, Wetherburn Court,
Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK2 2UW. The following
licensable activities are proposed during the
following times: The supply of alcohol for
consumption off the premises from 08.00hrs to
22.00hrs Monday to Sunday. Opening hours from
06.00hrs to 24.00hrs Monday to Sunday.
Full details of the application can be viewed via The
Licensing Register at the Civic Offices of the
Council. This is accessible Mondays to Thursdays
between the hours of 9am to 5pm, and Fridays 9am
to 4pm (excluding Bank Holidays) or online at www.
milton-keynes.gov.uk/licensing. Any person or
responsible authority may make representations
either against or in support of the application in
writing by 29th September 2023 to the following

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
