NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/WE Collaboration Bebington LTD of 11 Church Road, Bebington, Wirral, Merseyside, CH63 7PG have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: 11 Church Road, Bebington, Wirral, Merseyside, CH63 7PG for the following Licensable Activities:- Nature of Licensable Activity The sale of alcohol on and off the premises Days and Hours Requested Monday 12.00 - 23.30pm Tuesday 12.00 - 23.30pm, Wednesday 12.00 - 23.30pm, Thursday 12.00 - 23.30pm, Friday 12.00 - 23.30pm, Saturday 12.00 - 23.30pm, Sunday 12.00 - 23.30pm. A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 26.9.23. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
