LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Mark David Leslie Cater and Lisa Marie Cater have applied to BCP Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as "Caters", 13 Gervis Place, Bournemouth BH1 2AL. The application is for a licence to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises from 10:00 to 00:30 daily, late-night refreshment until 01:00 and live & recorded music in the basement only until 01:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL (or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk no later than 22nd September 2023.The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of BCP Council at the above address (or www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
