NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Full Circle Brew Co, Unit 167 Walker Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE6 2BS
Notice is given that Lanchester Wine Cellars Ltd t/a Full Circle Brew Co applied to Newcastle City Council on Friday 1st September 2023 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:- Application for a variation to a premises licence to amend the hours for Sale of Alcohol from 10:00 until 23:00 every day to 10:00 until midnight every day. The applicant also wishes to add Live Music from 12:00 until midnight Thursday to Sunday, and, Recorded Music from 10:00 until midnight every day Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application for variation must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be received by 29th September 2023

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
