The applicant proposes to carry out the following licensable activities at the above premises: To allow the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between 07.00 - 23.00 hours daily including bank holidays and to remove embedded restrictions and conditions including those relating to permitted hours inherited from the 1964 Licensing Act Representations by interested parties or responsible authorities should be made in writing to the Licensing Department Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Public Health and Protection, Ty Elai, Dinas Isaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY no later than 28th September 2023.

A record of the application is available for inspection during normal office hours Monday to Friday at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council at the above address. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000) under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
