PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that: Zaap Durham Limited has made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for Units 20 & 21, The Riverwalk, Durham DH1 4SL.

Licensable activities:

Alcohol sales for consumption on and off the premises 11:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday,

Late night refreshment 23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday,

Opening hours 09:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday.

Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations in writing to Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ or by email to licensing@durham.gov.uk about this application until Tuesday 19 September 2023. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
