NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Sarah Murtagh to the Licensing Authority of Enfield Council for a Premises Licence for The White Horse Public House, 105 Fore Street, London, N18 2XF.

The proposed licensable activities are:

Sale of Alcohol both on and off the premises: Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:30;

Films (Indoors); Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 01:00;

Indoor Sporting Events: Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 01:00;

Live Music (Indoors) Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:30;

Recorded Music (Indoors) Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:30;

Facilities for Making Music (Indoors) Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:30;

Late Night Refreshment both on and off the premises; Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 00:00, Friday and Saturday 23:00 to 01:00.

Email licensing@enfield.gov.uk to request a copy of the application within 28 days from the date of this notice.Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority by Email licensing@enfield.gov.uk at any time up to and including 20 September 2023.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
