NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: HOTEL CHOCOLAT, 10A TALBOT GREEN RETAIL PARK, LIANTRISANT CF72 8LW

Notice is given that HOTEL CHOCOLAT RETAIL LIMITED has applied to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are: The Supply of alcohol On and Off the Premises Monday to Sunday 08.00 hours to 22.00 hours.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Public Health and Protection, Ty Elai, Dinas Isaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY. Representations must be received no later than 26/09/2023 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
