Notice is hereby given that ABSOLUTE LICENCE SOLUTIONS HOLDINGS LIMITED has applied to Basildon District Council for A NEW PREMISES LICENCE under the licensing Act 2003 in respect of LIC A EVRi, Boxset Unit B, Paycocke Road, Basildon, Essex SS14 3EL
This application is for supply of alcohol Mon-Sun 00:00 - 23:59 (No Public Access at any time).
Representations relating to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority, Basildon Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL or by email to licensing@basildon.gov.uk by no later than 20/09/2023.
The fall application can be inspected at the Council Offices during normal working hours by prior appointment only or can be viewed on the Council public register available online at www.basildon.gov.uk.
It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
