NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
Take notice that I/We Danthri Limited have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as La Dantri, 13a Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth HD9 6AA For licensable activities taking place on these premises include the sale by retail of alcohol by or on behalf of a personal licence holder and regulated entertainment between 08.00 and 23.00 every day.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe the proposed activities may undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Any representation must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield HD1 6LG or by e-mail at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 21/09/2023.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licesning
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
