LICENSING ACT 2003 - Public Notice

Canan Onkar is applying for the new grant of a Premises Licence for Cooper, 6 High Street, Andover, SP10 1NX.

If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place:

Retail sale of alcohol off the premises including delivery by way of our own drivers and/or third parties such as UberEats, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 09:00 and 23:00.

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
