NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003

Samuel Luke Goodwin of Spirits of Stamford Limited is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for premises situated at: 11 St Pauls Street, Stamford, PE9 2BE.

The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place:
Sale of alcohol – Monday – Sunday 10:00 until 23:00.
Provision of recorded music - Monday- Saturday 10:00 to 23:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 22:00

Applications may be inspected at the relevant council office during normal office hours. Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to, Licensing, South Kesteven District Council, St Peter’s Hill, Grantham NG31 6PZ or by email to licensing@southkesteven.gov.uk by:
22nd September 2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
