PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that: We, One Stop Stores Limited, have applied to the Licensing Authority at Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of the premises which will be known as One Stop, located at: Beaumont House, 268 Coventry Road, Hinckley, LE10 0NG.
The proposed relevant licensable activities to be carried on from the premises are:
• The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-23:00.
The postal address where the public register of the Licensing Authority is kept is Licensing Section, Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 0FR where the record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment between the normal office hours of Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00. Any responsible authority or interested party may make representations in respect of this application.
Representations shall be made in writing to the postal address below or via email to: ESAdmin@hinckleybosworth. gov.uk Licensing Section - Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 0FR. The last date by which an interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the licensing authority is 19/09/2023.
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
