To whom it may concern:
We, Mamma Mia Portuguese Flavour LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence At: 46 High Street, Honiton, EX14 1PJ and known as: Mamma Mia Portuguese Flavour.
The application is to: Apply to authorise the following licensable activities:
The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:
Monday to Sunday: 9am-11pm Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve: 9am-12:30am.
Premises opening hours: Monday to Sunday 9am-11pm.
Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve: 9am - 12:30am.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 15.09.2023. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
