Application for a new Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that 640 E Water Street Ltd has applied to the L B of Tower Hamlets on 17th August for a new premises licence for The Grant of a New Premises Licence for 640 East Cafe Bar, located at Unit 2, Water Street, London EI4 SGX
The proposed application is to permit
1. the sale by retail of alcohol between 07.00 and 2330 daily
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 14th September (28 days the day after the application is received by the licensing department) stating the grounds for making said representation in writing to: Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, l60, Whitechapel Road, London El 1BJ or by email to licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk .
The pubic register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at https://www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/lgnl/business/licences/licences.aspx .
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives: THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER. PUBLIC SAFETY, THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, OR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine is up to level 5 on the standard scale.
