What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is given that I, Exquisite Coffee Company Limited have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence in issued to 127 Bawtry Road, Wickersley, Rotherham, S66 2BW. The application seeks consent to vary the Premises Licence so as to extend the hours for the prevision of recorded music to 23.00 every day and the supply of alcohol to 22.45 every day. It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to licensing@rotherham.gov.uk
The last date for the receipt of representations is 15.09.2023. Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the
Council’s website,
www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
