Renishaw Miners Welfare Social Club Committee has applied to North East Derbyshire District Council for a Premises Licence for Renishaw Miners Welfare Social Club,138 Main Road, Renishaw, Sheffield S21 3UW to sell or supply alcohol and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: Music, Live Performers and Playing of Recorded Sound in the presence of an audience between the following hours: Regulated Entertainment* Wed & Thurs 18:00-23:00, Fri 17:00-24:00, Sat 18:00-01:00, Sun 15:00-23:00. *All outdoor entertainment to finish at 21:00. Supply of Alcohol Mon & Tues 12:00-23:00, Wed, Thurs & Sun 12:00-24:00, Fri 12:00- 01:00, Sat 12:00-02:00. Opening/Closing times Mon & Tues 12:00-23:30, Wed, Thurs & Sun 12:00-00:30, Fri 12:00-01:30, Sat 12:00-02:30. Variances in hours – Regulated entertainment* all public holidays including the previous day, a Wed in December (Senior’s Christmas party), children’s parties Easter/Halloween 12:00-24:00 *all outdoor entertainment to finish at 21:00. Supply of alcohol all public holidays including the previous day, a Wed in December (Senior’s Christmas party), children’s parties Easter/Halloween 12:00-00:30. Opening/Closing times all public holidays including the previous day, a Wed in December (Senior’s Christmas party), children’s parties Easter/Halloween 12:00-01:00.
Any person intending to make a relevant representations on this application should submit
them in writing by not later than 12th September 2023 to the Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council, District Council Offices, Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S42 6NG or by e-mailing licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk .
