What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by The Southern Co-
operative Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Adur &
Worthing Councils for a Premises Licence for Co-op,
Block 3 39 Old Shoreham Road, Ropetackle, North
Shoreham, BN43 5TA. The application is to permit the
sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0700
to 2200 hours each day. Full details of the Application
can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority
at The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils,
Portland House, 44 Richmond Road, Worthing, West
Sussex, BN11 1HS. A responsible authority or any other
person can make written representations to the Licensing
Authority at any time up to and including 14th
September 2023. Information may be obtained from
www.adur-worthing.gov.uk.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to
make a false statement in connection with a Licence
Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction
is unlimited.
