NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE
LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Isurus Fulfilment Ltd has
applied for a premises licence to Peterborough City Council
in relation to Isurus Fulfilment Ltd, Gate 1, Fidelity
Business Park, Fengate, Peterborough, PE1 5XG to permit
the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail
Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday
to Sunday 00:00hrs to 24:00hrs (Remote Sales Only). The
licensing register and details of this application may be
inspected during normal office hours at the below address
or online at www.peterborough.gov.uk. Any interested
party or responsible authority may make representations
in writing to, Peterborough City Council Licensing
Team, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton
Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY or by email:
licensing@peterborough.gov.uk. Such written represen-
tation must be received by 14/09/2023 clearly stating the
grounds upon which the representation is made in relation
to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an
offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement
in connection with an application. The maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is unlimited.
