The Cellar Bar, 75 High Street - Variation to and existing Premises Licence
What is proposed?
The Licensing Act 2003
TAKE NOTE that an application to vary the
Premises Licence Has been made to Bedford
Borough Council by The Cellar Bar Bedford Ltd in
respect of premises known as The Cellar Bar, 75
High Street, Bedford MK40 1NE. The nature of the
variation is as follows: To amend the times for the
sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment (live
and recorded music) to be from 12.00hrs to
23.30hrs Monday and Tuesday, from 12.00hrs to
03.00hrs on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and
Saturday, and from 12.00hrs to 22.30hrs on Sunday.
To amend the opening times for the premises to be
from 12.00hrs to 24.00hrs on Monday and Tuesday,
from 12.00hrs to 03.30hrs on Wednesday, Thursday,
Friday and Saturday, and from 12.00hrs to 23.00hrs
on Sunday. To amend the current non-standard
timings for licensable activity (details as per the
application) and to add an additional condition to
the premises licence as a consequence of this
application to create a last entry time to the
premises of 01.30hrs.
Representations: ANY PERSON wishing to make

specifying the grounds for making representations.
Interested parties or responsible authorities may
make written representations these should be sent
to the Licensing Authority by 11th September 2023

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a

the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for making a false statement is
an unlimited fine.
