Notice is hereby given that Stephen Prosser has applied in respect of the 8 Yorick Road, West Mersea, Colchester CO5 8HT for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:- Alcohol to be served from 12.00 to 21.00 Monday to Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 07/09/2023, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester City Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
