NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Colleague Shop, Aldi Regional Distribution Centre, Commercial Road, Goldthorpe, S63 9FA. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00. Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk at any time up to and including 20th September 2023. The application is available for inspection by contacting licensing@barnsley.gov.uk. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
