Application for a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that: The Welbeck Estates Company
Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority at Bassetlaw
District Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing
Act 2003. At: Cuckney House (Holiday Cottage), Langwith
Road, Cuckney, Mansfield, NG20 9NG. The proposed
licensable activities and relevant times are as follows:-
To enable the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off
the premises between 10:00 and 23:00, 7 days a week for
non-residents and 24 hours a day for residents of the
premises. Full details of the application can be viewed at
Bassetlaw District Council Offices between 9am and 4pm
Monday to Friday (by appointment only). Any person
wishing to make a relevant representation on this
application must do so in writing by the following date 7th
September 2023. This must relate to one or more of the
licensing objectives namely crime and disorder, public
nuisance, public safety or protection of children from harm.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
