What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited has applied to City of Wolverhampton Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wagamama, Unit 2A, Bentley Bridge Leisure Park, Wolverhampton, WV11 1BP. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Opening hours from 10:00 hours until 00:30 hours Monday to Sunday. 

Any representations regarding the above- mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Services, City of Wolverhampton Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DA no later than 12th September 2023 stating the grounds for representation. The register of City of Wolverhampton Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - https://www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
