What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Active Entertainment White City Limited has applied to Hammersmith and Fulham Council for a premises licence for TOCA Social, Unit SU0079C (Former Debenhams), Westfield Shopping Centre, Ariel Way, London W12 7GF as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 0930 and 0100 daily. To permit the provision of regulated entertainment (limited to live and recorded music) between the hours of 0930 and 0130 daily. To permit the provision of late-night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 0130 daily. Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting licensing@lbhf.gov uk or Licensing Team, Town Hall, King Street, London W6 9JU during the Council’s usual opening hours or viewed on the Council’s website: www.lbhf.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or email address no later than 12 September 2023. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. 

To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
