Notice is hereby given that We Are Fulfilment Ltd has applied to Erewash Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Bays 1 & 2, Block B, Mark Street, Sandiacre, Nottingham NG10 5AD to allow the Sale by Retail of Alcohol (off sales) 0600 – 2200hrs Monday to Sunday. Any person who wishes to make any representations regarding this application should submit their comments in writing to the above address, no later than 12 September 2023.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Those that make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
