Notice is hereby given that Poundland Ltd have applied to Tamworth Council for a premises licence as follows:

1) Opening hours and off sales of alcohol 07:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday.

The application can be inspected at Tamworth Council, Marmion House, Lichfield Street, Tamworth, B79 7BZ by prior appointment or by contacting 01827 709709 or publicprotection@tamworth.gov.uk. 

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above by 11th September 2023.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
