Application for the grant of a Premises Licence
TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I HUGO ARNOLD do hereby serve notice on 9 August
2023 that it is my intention to apply to Lewes District
Council for the grant of a new Premises Licence for
Number 34, 34 High Street, Lewes, BN7 2LU for the
following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for
consumption On and Off the Premises (0900 hours to 2300
hours Mondays to Sundays) and Recorded Music Indoors
Only (0900 hours to 2300 hours Mondays to Sundays). Any
person who desires to make a representation to the grant
should send a brief written statement of the grounds of
his/her objection to licensing@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk or
Licensing Team Southover House Southover Road Lewes
BN7 1AB no later than midnight on 6 September 2023. The
register and records of applications may be viewed at the
above council office during normal office hours; summaries
are available via www.lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application, the maximum
penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction
is an unlimited fine.
