Notice of Application for new Premises licence

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Kingdom House Manchester LTD has applied to Manchester City Council for a new premises licence in respect of: 117 FAIRFIELD STREET, MANCHESTER, M12 6EL

We are applying for the following licensable activities supply of Alcohol, Recorded music, Performances of Dance, live music. Fridays and Sundays 18:00 to 5AM and Saturdays 18:00 to 6AM, Late night refreshment Friday to Sunday 23:00 to 5AM.

Anyone wishing to make representation regarding the application must give notice in writing to Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA Or by e-mail to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk By the 4th /09/2023 specifying the ground of opposition.

The application & register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.

Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.
