Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Majestic Wine Warehouses Limited has applied to Wiltshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Majestic Wine Warehouse, Old Foundry, Foundry Lane, Chippenham, SN15 1JB.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are;

Supply of Alcohol (off sales) and Opening Hours 08:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN no later than 31 st August 2023 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Wiltshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website https://www.wiltshire.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
