Notice of application for the grant of a Premises License under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Whitby Fishermen’s Society Football Club have applied to North Yorkshire Council for the grant of a Premises License in respect of premises to be known as
Whitby Fishermen’s Society Football Club Mission Hall, The Cragg, Whitby, North Yorkshire YO21 3QA
The proposed licensable activities are:
Sales of alcohol on the premises only, recorded and live music 11:00 hours until 00:30 hours every day,and New Years Eve hours until 01:00 hrs
Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 11:00- 01:00 and to 01:30 N.Years Eve.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by North Yorkshire Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG or via email at
licensingservices.sca@northyorks.gov.uk
no later than 4th September 2023 stating the grounds for the representation.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
