Notice of Application for a Club Premises Certificate

Notice is given that I, Mr Richard Daimond, have on the 10/08/2023 applied to Peterborough City Council as the Licensing Authority for a club premises certificate for Flatlands Drifters, Unit 24, 7 Saville Road, Westwood, Peterborough, PE3 7PR. Licensable Activities applied for: Recorded Music and Supply of Alcohol; 18:00hrs – 23:00hrs Sunday to Thursday, 18:00 – 02:00hrs Friday and Saturday.
Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 7 September 2023. Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
