The application is to: - Licence the premises for the sale of alcohol between the hours of 10.30am - 10.30pm, also to play recorded background music
Any persons who are likely to be affected by the grant of a licence and wants to make a written representation for or against this application should write to Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Environmental Health, Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley, LE10 0FR or email: esadmin@hinckley-bosworth.gov.uk not later than the 7th September 2023
Representations received after this date will not be considered.
Representations may not be made anonymously and must relate to the Four Licensing Objectives - The Prevention of Crime & Disorder, Public Safety, The Prevention of Public Nuisance and The Protection of Children from harm. Relevant representations will be included in a public report to the licensing panel and the applicant.
