What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that I Graham Torrie, The Ballroom, Radcliffe Road, Milnsbridge have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Ballroom.

For Regulated entertainment every day 12.00 - 23.59 The sale of alcohol: Friday and Saturday 16.00 - 23.30 Sunday 16.00 - 22.30

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees. gov.uk by 2nd September 2023.

Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal hours or online at www/kirklees.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable for a fine not exceeding £5000.
