Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Rushcliffe Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at The Becket Way, West Bridgford, NG2 7QY.
The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.
The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Service at the Rushcliffe Customer Services Centre, Fountain Court, Gordon Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 5LN, at the aforesaid on weekdays between 0900 and 1600, except Bank Holidays.
Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Service Rushcliffe Borough Council, Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7YG or by email to licensing@rushcliffe.gov.ukat any time up to and including 13th September 2023.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
