University Park - Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that the University of Nottingham has applied to Nottingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Florence Boot Hall, University of Nottingham, University Park, University Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 2QY.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Anything similar to Live and Recorded Music (indoors and outdoors) and the Sale of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises 11:00 – midnight Monday to Sunday. Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) 23:00 – midnight Monday to Sunday. Opening hours unrestricted (premises within University of Nottingham campus). Any representations regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by of the Licensing Authority Nottingham City Council, Central Police Station, Byron House, Maid Marian Way, Nottingham, NG1 6HS, or via email to general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk, no later than 8th September 2023 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Nottingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
