What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Ali Dogan has applied for a premises licence in relation to FRESH AND EASY, 204-206 Elm Park Avenue, Hornchurch RM12 4SD permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Supply Alcohol of the Premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 am till 2310 pm daily. Full details of die application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours.

A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Main load, Romford RMI 3BD www.havering.gov.uk. Such representation must be received in writing by 30/08/2023 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
