NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Prodac LTD of Unit 10, North Medburn Farm, Watling Street, Elstree WD6 3AA HAS APPLIED TO THE LICENSING DEPARTNENT FOR A PREMISES LICENCE PERMITTING THE FOLLOWING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES Retail Sale of Alcohol (Off the premises consumption) Monday to Sunday 0700 until 2000. Anyone wishing to submit a representation for or against this application must give notice either in writing to The Licensing Officer, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1WA or via emal at licensing.serives@hertsmere.gov.uk before or by 28/08/2023.
Records of application may be inspected by appointment only and are kept by the licensing officer at the address above. IT IS AN OFFENCE KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION. TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN PROSECUTION AND A FINE NOT EXCEEDING LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE.
