What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th August 2023, Vita Living T1 Limited applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the reception, external area and first floor amenity space – as more particularly delineated on plans accompanying this application – of the premises at Union East Tower, Water Street, Manchester M3 4JQ. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 09.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 24.30. 3. To permit films, live and recorded music on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 to 24.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Manchester City Council, Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by email to premises.licensing@manchester gov. uk no later than the 5th September 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Manchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above office by appointment only. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
