LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Entropy Drirks Ltd has applied to London Borough of Hackney on 01 August 2023 to vary the premises licence at Bar Lotus, 480 Kingsland Road, London so as to PART A Update the layout of the premises PART B extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol and late night refreshment until 01:00 Monday to Thursday and 02:00 Friday to Saturday PART C Remove condition 16 from the licence, as more particularly set out in the application and plans lodged with the Council. The licence register listing details of the variation is held at the Licensing Service, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY (Tel No. 020 8356 4970), Details are also available on-line at www.hackney.gov.uk/licensing.
Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than 29 August 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation, The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.hackney.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours
It is an offence, under section I58 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and [he maximum fine on being convicted
of such an offence is unlimited.
