Notice of application on 1 August 2023 to Bolton Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence by Greggs PLC for Greggs, Logistics North, Bolton, BL5 1BU to allow late night refreshments from 2300-0500 every day. Any representations in respect of the application to be submitted in writing to Licensing Unit, Bolton Council, First Floor, Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bolton, BL1 1RU or to licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk by 29 August 2023. A record of the application can be inspected at the Council offices (above) during office hours or via www.bolton.gov.uk. It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
