LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Rebecca van Eeden has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 01/08/2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Swains, 15 Highgate Road, NW5 1QX Shadow licence for Supply of Alcohol 08.00-23.30 Sunday to Thursday 08.00-00.30 Friday to Saturday Late Night Refreshments 23:00-23:30 Sunday to Thursday 23:00-00:30 Friday and Saturday. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 29/08/2023 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority 5 Pancras Square C/o Town Hall Judd Street London WC1H 9JE or email to: licensing@camden.gov.uk.

The register can be viewed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. Representations must be received by the licensing authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowinglyor recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
