NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT an application has been made to Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council for a NEW PREMISES LICENCE by NATHAN NIRANJAN & KAVITHA NIRANJAN In respect of the premises shown below

NISA LOCAL, 104 HIGH STREET, CEFN COED, MERTHYR TYDFIL, CF48 2PN

Details of the application are for the provision of the following:

Supply of alcohol OFF the premises only
Monday to Sunday - 6am to 11pm

Opening Hours
Monday to Sunday - 6.am to 11pm

Details of the application may be inspected between the hours of 9.30a.m and 4.00p.m from Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of the Licensing Section, Merthyr Tydfil C.B.C, Civic Centre, Castle Street, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8AN.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address by the 4th September 2023

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.00
