What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that HAWTHORN LEISURE
(MANTLE) LIMITED has applied to Havant Borough
Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of
premises known as Swallow, 500 Dunsbury Park,
Leigh Park, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 5BL.
The proposed variation has been requested to
increase the current licenced area of the premises
to include outdoor drinking area. This will allow the
premises to provide sale of alcohol and regulated
entertainment in this area. If you wish to make any
representations in connection with this application,
you must write to: The Licensing Department,
Havant Borough Council, Public Service Plaza,
Civic Centre Road, Havant, PO9 2AX on or before
6th September 2023. The Council’s Licensing
Register where a record of this application may be
inspected is kept at the above address. The register
may also be viewed online at: www.havant.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with this application,
the maximum fine on summary conviction is
unlimited.
