NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd August 2023 T.J. Morris Limited applied to St Helens Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises T.J. Morris, No 1 Mustang Boulevard, Great Sankey, Warrington WA5 3AZ.

The proposed licensable activities are;-

The supply of alcohol (off) the premises on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 and 00.00. The premises will operate as a warehouse/distribution centre from which the applicant will fulfil on-line orders. There will be no access to members of the public.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application can be submitted online on the St Helens Councils website via

no later than the 31st August 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of St Helens Council and the record of the application may be inspected via the above link.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
